Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Concierge Cannes and its clients regarding concierge services and seasonal rentals.

2. Booking

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. Any booking implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Pricing

All prices are in euros, including VAT. Concierge Cannes reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, services will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of booking.

4. Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking or upon key handover, according to the agreed terms. Accepted payment methods are bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

5. Cancellation

In the event of cancellation:

• Less than 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount is due
• Less than 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the total amount is due

6. Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required upon key handover. It will be refunded after the property has been inspected, provided no damage is found.

7. Client Obligations

The client agrees to respect the premises and to return them in good condition. Any damage will result in additional charges.

8. Liability

Concierge Cannes cannot be held liable for delays or inability to provide services due to force majeure events (strikes, disasters, severe weather, etc.).

9. Personal Data

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cannes.
